3. Multiple Items in One Order:
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. If you'd like the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Refund Policy for Children's Books and Items
At KGC Global, we want to ensure that every purchase brings joy and satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help with our refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are available for unused and unopened children's books and items within 7 days from the date received.
2. Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
3. How to Initiate a Refund:

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.
5. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Refund Timeframe:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
